A Clinton Hill neighborhood institution for 15 years, Hill Café began as Kush Café, offering French-inspired cuisine with African diaspora influences of the Motherland, the Caribbean, South America, and the U.S. Hill Café chef and owner Samuel Beket was born and raised on the Ivory Coast. He is a French-trained chef, and opened Hill Café.
